The Story

You will always get real, raw and honest from me. Honestly I hate doing "about me" posts. I always sit here scratching my head trying to think of what to say! Those that know me, will tell you that I don't seek attention, all I want to do is help others walk a path that is easier than the one I walked.

So, a little about me just to give you some background.

Nearly 15 years ago, I gave birth to my first child and let me say it's been a journey of learning ever since! 

​

My son challenged everything I thought I knew about parenting, and even nutrition. He struggled with many challenges which meant that this Mama had to get super creative!

Everything from parenting, to activities, nutrition, education, and more! 

​

I will be sharing with you all the things I have discovered over the years, that have been tested and are absolutely TRIED AND TRUE

Parenting my son has completely shifted my mindset and given me unique insight into special needs kids, which in turn is all kids!
